Hello!

 

I love working with many varied materials, which include collage and cut outs, mixed media and drawing with sticks.

Teaching young children part-time at a forest school gives me endless inspiration for my picture book work, and helps to keep my ideas fresh.

​

My passion for creativity has been an important part of my life since a young age. I graduated in 1995 with a BA Hons. in Theatre Design from Wimbledon School of Art, and more recently I have gained a diploma illustrating children's picture books from the London College of Art.

My other creative work has included designing greetings cards for Paperchase, painting large scale murals for Wessex Water and designing an abstract glass panel for Glasmaleri Peters Studios.

My home is in Dorset, UK, and I am inspired by the beautiful jurassic coast as well as finding natural materials to work with in the forest.
